 These retreats are designed to connect with oneself, the true essence of your being. Here, we will gather in a sacred space in Bozeman, Montana.  For one day we will dance, move with our breath, sit in sacred circles, eat local, plant based meals and connect with other women.  There will be time for yourself, to journal, to go for a walk, to refect and connect with others as well.
